Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem

Excellent service and wonderful staff What did you like? My stay at Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem was excellent. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The location is also perfect, close to transport and the city. What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Milorad Mićić, Assistant Front Office Manager, who helped me a lot and made my stay very smooth and pleasant. Thanks to his support, I truly felt welcomed.

Great hotel well-located for those who prefer not to drive into central Antwerp. Train station and tram stop just across the land bridge and only a few minutes by train to Antwerp Central station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The breakfast buffet was exceptional - a wide variety of fresh hot and cold food options available. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to buy some Begium chocolate gifts without heading back into the city centre and they directed us to Helios, a delightful local chocolate and ground coffee specialist that has been in business for over 100 years.

The breakfast was great with a hige speclection, staff were lovely. Location was great with a link-bridge to Berchem station, 4 minutes to Antwerp city centre and 45 minutes to the centre of Brussels. Tram stop nearby too. Quite new hotel rooms were thoughtfully designed with a large picture window and window seat. Aircon worked well in 30c heat. Easy accessed from the main motorway.

The cook Ines was great, she is so nice, she came to our table to explain all manu, and free to agree what combination od food we like, and what she prepeared was sooo delicious and we empty all... she cooks with love and passion what is hard to find. While waither Mo was always on disposal and ready to serve and to talk. Breakfast is great. Room was clean, nice design, modern. The view was amaizing. We would stay longer and would love to come back.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, comfortable & quiet despite being adjacent to a major train station. Easy walking distance to many amenities, including groceries, pharmacy, and public transport. Proximity to Cogels-Osylei was an unexpected bonus!
